Exercise regularly

I have heard it said that you should exercise for 30 minutes each day. That’s one hour a day. Okay, I’ve heard it said that you should exercise for more than that, but I’m not sure what it is. Is it 2 hours? 3? Is it 4? Is it 5? Most people probably fall somewhere in the middle, exercising for half an hour every day, sometimes less, sometimes more.

Don’t smoke or abuse drugs

Smoking is one of the most harmful habits in the world and is proven to impact the body in many ways. Not only is smoking a risk to your health, but the effects of smoking can also be seen even in your hair. Smoking can cause premature hair loss, damage your hair follicles and make your hair fall out. Smoking also reduces the production of collagen, a building block of hair, and may weaken the roots of the hair.

Your body is your own, and it would be wise to protect it from the negative effects of smoking. Smoking can lead to a host of serious health problems, including lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and stroke. Smoking can also cause costly medical costs to treat related problems like lung infections, tuberculosis, and other diseases. In addition, smoking can give you bad breath and yellow teeth, and it can age you prematurely. In just one month of smoking, you could lose six months of your life expectancy.

Getting rid of excess body fat

Body fat is a by-product of energy intake. In layman’s terms, if you eat more, you will be more fat. However, you can get rid of it. There are lots of theories and some claim that you can only do so by eating less and burning more calories. But there’s no magic trick. You just need to be creative and find ways of burning more calories.

 

You know when you’re walking down the street and you see someone who you feel like you know, or you see something on TV that you can’t stop thinking about, or you see someone and you just have to talk to them, but you know that they’re probably not going to be able to talk to you back? That’s the feeling that comes from seeing someone who is truly fit, whether that’s because they work out a lot, eat right, or just look at life differently.
